Google Sites: How to Share Your Finished Site and Final Thoughts

Digital Portfolios, How To

Finally, we’re ready to share your wonderful sites!  Congratulations for making it this far and creating a fantastic digital portfolio!

This tutorial is quick and easy.  It gives some final words of advice for maintaining your digital portfolio. It is very important for you to keep your portfolio up to date! The video also reviews how to keep your site private to only you and a few other people (such as parents and teachers), as well as how to publish your site so that anyone with the URL or link can view it.  The last option for sharing your site is making it public on the web, which I don’t recommend for most student digital portfolios.  When applying to college or a job in the future, you may want to make your portfolio public then.

Keep checking mscomputerteacher.com for updates on how to further enhance your portfolio!  Adding music and customizing colors and headers are all videos to come!  If you have any ideas for future videos, please comment on the blog or contact me

Thanks for watching!
